G60 Dual-Channel NO2-NOX-NO Analyzer

Our G60 CRDS analyzer directly measures NO₂ and NOₓ simultaneously using two independent optical channels, delivering truly continuous measurement by eliminating valve switching, conversion steps, and single-detector artifacts.

This dual-channel design removes delays and non-linear response effects common to traditional NOₓ analyzers, delivering faster, more accurate measurements under real-world emission conditions. Patented self-aligning cavity mirrors ensure long-term optical stability and measurement accuracy while removing challenges typical of traditional CRDS instruments.

Photolytic Converter- PhoNOTM

While NO₂ regulation plays a critical role in protecting health and the environment, conventional measurement approaches can introduce significant error through overestimation. Direct Optics PhoNO delivers accurate, selective NO₂ measurement by separating NO₂ from interfering nitrates – providing data you can defend with confidence.

Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) regulation is essential for public health and the environment, but inaccurate measurements are common and problematic. Analyzers using Heated Metal Converters (HMC) often overestimate NO2 levels. Our Photolytic Converter (PhoNO) is here to change that.

The Direct Optics PhoNO precisely measures NO2 concentrations and selectively separates them from other nitrates present in the air, eliminating the issue of overestimation.

Thermal Oxidizer

Thermal oxidizers perform critical pre-measurement treatment of sample gases. Carefully converting target molecules into analytes to be measured. Materials selection, temperature, scrubbers and residence time are all carefully harmonized to optimize the desired products.
